Getting Started
Share your booking link, prospects pick a time, and when the appointment arrives we call you first with a briefing then connect the prospect. Both of you just answer the phone — no conference codes, no dialing.

No. ClientConnect is entirely web-based. Sign up, connect your calendar, and you're ready. Prospects don't need to install anything either.

Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook is included on the Professional plan.
Our system calls you first and provides a brief summary of the prospect. Once you're ready, we dial the prospect and bridge the call. Both parties simply answer their phones as incoming calls.
Yes — the Professional and Enterprise plans include customizable SMS templates with Standard, Casual, and Professional tone presets for confirmations, reminders, and rebooking texts. Basic accounts use the Standard tone.
Our smart rebooking system automatically sends SMS messages to both parties offering to reschedule — no deal lost to a simple missed call.
Pricing & Billing
Yes — $0/month with no credit card required. The Basic plan includes up to 10 in-person appointments per month, your public booking link with availability controls, standard appointment reminders, and email support.
Each booking made through your public booking link in a calendar month counts toward the cap. Once you hit 10, your booking link pauses for the rest of the month and reopens automatically when the next UTC calendar month begins. Cancellations don't roll back the count. Upgrade to Professional anytime for unlimited bookings.
Upgrade anytime — Professional features activate immediately with prorated billing. Downgrade at any time and it applies at the end of your billing period.
Yes — every new account gets full Professional access for the first 7 days. No credit card required to start. After the trial you can subscribe for $4.99/month or stay on Basic.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures and never share your data with third parties.
We only check whether time slots are free or busy — we don't read the content of your events. Just enough to prevent double-bookings.
