How does ClientConnect work?

ClientConnect integrates with your calendar (Google and Outlook with Apple coming soon) and automatically schedules phone calls and SMS reminders based on your appointments. When an appointment is scheduled, the system will send SMS reminders and make calls according to your configured settings.

Who is ClientConnect for?

ClientConnect is designed for any professional who schedules calls with clients, including therapists, coaches, consultants, sales professionals, customer service teams, and more.

What devices can I use ClientConnect on?

ClientConnect is a web-based application that works on any modern browser, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. You can access it on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

What happens if I exceed my monthly call limit?

If you exceed your monthly call limit, subscription upgrades will remain available in your provider dashboard. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so you can upgrade if needed.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
