What is ClientConnect?

ClientConnect is a digital secretary and automated phone call and SMS system that connects service providers (such as therapists, salespeople, consultants) with their clients through scheduled calls. It integrates with your calendar to automate client communications and reduce no-shows.

How does ClientConnect work?

ClientConnect integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook on the Professional plan and automatically schedules appointment reminders and bridged phone-call connections. When a booking is made, the system handles confirmations, reminders, and — for phone-call bookings — places the call to both parties at appointment time.

Who is ClientConnect for?

ClientConnect is designed for any professional who schedules calls with clients, including therapists, coaches, consultants, sales professionals, customer service teams, and more.

What devices can I use ClientConnect on?

ClientConnect is a web-based application that works on any modern browser, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. You can access it on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

Which calendar systems does ClientConnect integrate with?

ClientConnect offers two-way sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook on the Professional plan.

Can I customize the SMS messages?

Yes — the Professional and Enterprise plans include customizable SMS templates with Standard, Casual, and Professional tone presets. Basic accounts use the default Standard tone.

Does ClientConnect support international calling?

Yes, ClientConnect supports international calling in most countries. Additional fees may apply for international calls, depending on your plan.

Can clients respond to SMS messages?

Yes, ClientConnect supports two-way SMS communication, allowing clients to respond to your messages. You'll receive notifications of client responses in your dashboard.

How much does ClientConnect cost?

ClientConnect offers three plans: Basic at $0/month (up to 10 in-person appointments per month, public booking link, email support), Professional at $4.99/month (unlimited appointments, virtual services, calendar sync, custom SMS templates), and Enterprise (API access, team dashboards, multi-user, custom integrations, dedicated support). For Enterprise pricing, email sales@clientconnect.tech.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes — every new account gets full Professional access for the first 7 days, with no credit card required. After the trial you can subscribe for $4.99/month or stay on Basic.

What happens if I hit the 10-appointment limit on Basic?

Each booking made through your public booking link in a UTC calendar month counts toward the cap. Once you reach 10, your booking link pauses until the next month begins, and we'll email you as you approach the limit. Upgrade to Professional anytime for unlimited bookings.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure with ClientConnect?

Yes, we take security seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures and regularly review our security practices to ensure your data is protected.

Is ClientConnect GDPR compliant?

Yes, ClientConnect is GDPR compliant. We provide the necessary tools and features to help you maintain compliance with GDPR regulations when processing personal data.

How does ClientConnect handle client data?

We only collect and process the data necessary to provide our services. All client data is encrypted and stored securely. You control what client data is stored in our system and can delete it at any time.

Can I request a data deletion?

What if a call fails to connect?

If a call fails to connect, our system will retry based on your configured settings. You'll receive notifications of failed calls in your dashboard, along with the reason for the failure when available.
