Pricing Questions
Is the Basic plan really free?
Yes — $0/month, no credit card required. The Basic plan includes up to 10 in-person appointments per month, your public booking link, standard appointment reminders, and email support.
What counts toward the 10-appointment limit?
Each booking made through your public booking link in a calendar month counts. Once you reach 10, your booking link pauses until the next month begins (UTC). Cancellations don't roll back the count.
Is there a free trial for Professional?
Yes. New accounts get full Professional access for the first 7 days — no credit card required. After the trial, you can subscribe for $4.99/month or stay on Basic.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise pricing depends on seat count and usage. Email sales@clientconnect.tech for a quote.
